Upon completing the accredited training, candidates can take the official PeopleCert ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) Bridge examination.
Exam Format

- Format: Closed book
- Questions: 20 multiple-choice questions
- Pass Mark: 13/20 (65%)
Candidates who successfully pass the exam will receive the official ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) certificate issued by PeopleCert. The certification is subject to the PeopleCert Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme
