Who is this form for?

  • Private Consumers (B2C): This page is exclusively for private consumer transactions. It fulfills your statutory right to cancel an online contract within 14 days under the Distance Contracts Act.
  • Business Clients (B2B): This online form cannot process corporate or commercial cancellations. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. If you bought this course on behalf of a company, please contact your account manager directly or email us at support@addingvalue.nu to discuss your cancellation options according to your contract terms.

Cancellation Conditions for Consumers

To successfully process a consumer withdrawal request, the purchased service must be completely unaccessed or unbooked:

  • E-Learning Courses & Exams: Withdrawals are only approved if the online materials or assessment portals have not been started.
  • Classroom Courses: Withdrawals are only valid if this request is submitted before the scheduled course date starts. Once a live session has begun, it is legally non-refundable.

By submitting this form, you authorize our compliance team to review your account data. If this order is verified as a business (B2B) transaction, or if your system progress shows the course, exam, or live session has already been accessed, the request will be automatically denied. Valid consumer refunds will be issued within 14 days.
