The two-day course Leading SAFe gives you what you need to successfully lead a Lean-Agile enterprise into adopting the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe). Derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps, SAFe is the framework the global market leaders chose to leverage Business Agility. Learn how to establish a team and technical Agility. Organize and re-organize around the flow of value. Master the skills to support and execute PI Planning events and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). During your 2-day Leading SAFe training, you as a participant will gain knowledge of what is required to operate in an organization based on a Lean-Agile mindset by using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles. We deal with areas such as Lean, System thinking, Agile development, product development flow, Business agility, Design thinking and DevOps. We also discuss the seven (SAFe v. 6.0) core competencies required to become a Lean organization, review the theory and practice the skills required to support and execute PI planning events as well as how to coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The participant will also gain knowledge in how they build and support; agile teams and programs, the organization's "Lean" portfolio, a "Continuous Delivery pipeline" and DevOps culture, and how to coordinate large complex solutions.
