We only prioritize online live classrooms for all of our classroom courses with live teacher via online meeting platform. Please ask for our confirmation first via email when you are going to book for a classroom course to ensure a guaranteed start.

How many people can attend each classroom course?

We usually limit the number of participants to a maximum 12 people, as we believe that the fewer people the higher the quality of the education. We want the course leader to focus on each of the participants and encourage open dialogue and interaction during the course. In some cases, If a course does not reach a minimum of 5 Participants, we may need to ask for a reschedule to the next date session available.

Will missing a live class affect my ability to complete the course?

Yes, you may be subject to not getting the exam voucher if you don't attend a class. Therefore, it's better always to let us know at least 2 weeks in advance if you require any rescheduling requests.

First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs 50 USD

Retake policy: Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait

How can I upgrade my SAFe® 6 Agilist certification to the AI-Empowered SA?

If you are a current Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, you can upgrade by completing the Essential AI Skills SAFe Skill available in the SAFe Skills Library. This short, self-paced e-learning takes approximately 45 minutes. After completion, your certification will automatically update to Certified AI-Empowered SAFe Agilist, and you’ll receive a new digital badge.

Is there a fee to upgrade to the AI-Empowered SA?
