There are no formal certification prerequisites for attending the ICP-CAT course. However, because this is an advanced-level programme focused on organisational transformation and enterprise coaching, participants will benefit from having:
- Practical experience working in an Agile environment.
- A good understanding of Agile principles and ways of working.
- Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, change professional, transformation leader, or similar role.
- Exposure to organisational change, leadership, or transformation challenges.
Previous ICAgile learning in Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT), Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) can provide a valuable foundation, but is not necessarily required unless specified by the training provider
