How the mentorship format look like?

This is a rolling mentorship programme rather than a traditional online course. You can join anytime and complete it in as little as six weeks or extend it up to six months—entirely at your own pace. Live sessions run fortnightly on Thursdays (6–7pm CET time) via Zoom. Between sessions, you’ll stay connected with peers through online chat, with opportunities for additional peer-led discussions. Your trainers are active practitioners who spend more time coaching in real organisations than teaching—so they’re learning alongside you as you progress.

When can I start, and how long do I have to complete the programme?

You can begin as soon as you register—there’s no need to wait for a fixed start date. Any listed “start” dates are simply markers. You’ll have up to one year to complete the programme, with most participants finishing within six weeks to six months, depending on their pace and availability.

As a rolling programme, group size can vary—but it’s intentionally kept small to ensure interactive discussions rather than webinar-style sessions. You’ll get to know fellow practitioners by name and work with a consistent group throughout your fortnightly sessions.

Are you open for group / company training?

Yes we are flexible if you want to have a customized group training at minimum of 6 but ideally 8 participants to make the learning experience interactive with group activities. We can also customize the training sessions. For example, instead of 2 days x 8 hours, we can split into 4 days x 4 hours spread into 2 weeks (total of 16 hours training)

Is there an exam?

There’s no exam. In your first mentoring session, you’ll review the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel, align on your self-learning log, and define your personal goals. From there, you’ll build your experience through a mix of mentoring sessions, peer workshops, and community events while completing your validation log. To qualify, you’ll attend at least four mentoring sessions and demonstrate competence across all learning objectives. The programme can be completed in as little as six weeks.

Are the sessions recorded?

No, sessions are not recorded. If you miss one, you can simply join the next in the fortnightly cycle. You have up to one year to complete the programme, and attendance at a minimum of four sessions is required to qualify.

Yes—feel free to pause when needed. The rolling format lets you step away and rejoin the active group whenever you’re ready, without losing progress. You’ll have up to a full year from registration to complete the programme.
