There are typically no formal academic prerequisites for attending the course. However, CAL 2 is an advanced leadership programme, so participants will benefit most from having:
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment or supporting Agile teams.
- Leadership, management, coaching, or organisational change experience.
- A good understanding of Agile principles and ways of working.
- Experience dealing with organisational challenges, transformation, or change initiatives.
- Previous completion of Certified Agile Leader® CAL 1) or equivalent Agile leadership knowledge may be beneficial
