Participants must attend all three days of the course to be eligible for the exam.

To meet the PMI-PBA certification eligibility requirements, candidates need:

Option 1 — Secondary Degree

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent.
  • 60 months of business analysis experience.
  • 35 contact hours of business analysis education.

Option 2 — Bachelor's Degree

  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent.
  • 36 months of business analysis experience.
  • 35 contact hours of business analysis education
