The knowledge you gain in the training will be applicable no matter what standard, governance model, theory, and methodology your company or organization currently uses.
Course format & set-up
The course is divided into 7 seminars covering the most central parts of preparing, managing, and implementing a project. The idea is that the video sections with theory studies, exercises, self-study questions, and self-assessment tests are in quizzes at the end of the course.
During the course, you will practice various project situations that will give you a good understanding of the role of the project manager and projects as a way of working. You are also going to practice with some project templates that you can also use in your future projects, such as a mission statement, project plan, risk analysis, etc.
