This distance learning course in project management will give you increased knowledge and understanding of professional project management and the practical application of project methodology. The training has been developed in collaboration with the most experienced experts in project management - author and lecturer Bo Tonnquist and training expert Ibrahim Alaff – to create the most practical and helpful project management training. The knowledge you gain in training is applicable regardless of which standard, governance model, theory, and method your company or organization currently uses.
Training structure
The training is divided into 10 lessons covering the most central parts of a project's preparation, management, and implementation. The idea is that the video sections with theory studies, exercises, tutorial questions, and self-assessment tests are in quizzes at the end of each lesson. The examination is for your benefit only, so you see that you keep up with the content of each class.
During the training, you will practice different project situations that will give you a good understanding of the role of the project manager and projects as a way of working.
You will also practice using several project templates that you can use in future projects, such as a mission statement, project plan, risk analysis, etc.
