Management of Risk (M_o_R) is a generic framework for managing risk across all parts of an organization - strategic, program, project, and operational. It incorporates all the activities required to identify and control the exposure to any type of risk, positive or negative, which may impact achieving your organization's business objectives. The AVC-accredited M_o_R Foundation online course covers all aspects of the M_o_R guidance using voice-overs, animation, and activities. The course takes approximately 12 hours, equivalent to a three-day workshop. The main body of the course consists of ten sessions that cover the principles, approach, processes, embedding & reviewing, and perspectives of the Management of Risk guidance.
