Course Overview
The AgileLearn® Scaled Master Certified course is aimed at project teams responsible for scaling agile or who need to support it. The course is also suitable for anyone interested in successfully scaling agile practices in an organization.
Agile is usually implemented initially at the local level, e.g. in teams or projects. Once successful, it becomes natural to scale up the approach to the whole organisation to fully realise the benefits. However, this has proven to be a challenge and again several approaches have been developed to guide this evolution. AgileLearn® Scaled Agile Master Certified is a multi-approach qualification that aims to provide the knowledge needed to scale up agile approaches in organisations.
